Terrible performance, service and attitude. i wish i would have never chosen them. internet is down daily, sometimes for hours or the whole day and nothing has been done and we are made to feel as if we are inconveniencing them when we ask them to fix this. isn't it their job to provide a service we are paying for? we were told on one occasion that they worked hard to get our service repaired for nothing. great to know that is how they feel about their customers. that they are nothing.
