They made a devastating mistake on billing where they was supposed to cancel my membership and was not billed that month but then the following month it was taken out. I have 2 children to support on a $300 a month income, I lost my daughter due to SIDS and am having to try to save money for her headstone and take care or my children and house on the little income I have so the $70 was was a devastating lost to our family. I called to try to get things fixed and while I was telling the manager she was giggling and talking to someone else while I'm explaining the death of my daughter and trying to support my children on such little income to begin with and them taking out $70 was devastating to us, she bluntly pretty much told me too bad. Please be careful about going here!! The manager is terrible. The staff is wonderful though, very kind ladies, but the manager is ruining the place.
