Mrs.Parks was a very friendly and respectful Dentist.My Daughter has Autism,so I had to take the EMT Van up there from cumberland.I lost my medical card for my daughter,which the secretary told me I couldn't schedule w/o it for surgery.they would have to put her to sleep.Doctor Parks said bring it to the surgery appt.But the secretary told me different,I felt so disrespected while I was holding my autistic daughter that can't help what she does.she was crying,I wanted to give her a piece of my mind.I believe if Mrs Parks knew how rude & disregard for empathy,this is a Family practice.Something should be done.

Dr.Parks is a fantastic dentist. But I agree that the secretary could be a little more friendly.

The securtary that answered the phone was a complete jerk. I had to reschedule my son's appt because I didn't realise it was in morgantown till the night before. Which is a two hour drive from my house and figured I could call in the morning to reschedule for afternoon or different day and she hung up on me after making me feel stupid because I didn't know the office was in Morgan town. His dentist sent a referral to them, I never looked into where they were till his appt. She was being so disrespectful even after I called her back and told her she most have misunderstood me whenever I told her I just needed to reschedule. She told me that she would have to ask Dr. Parks if she would want to reschedule because I didn't give them 24 hours. So, if you get an appt with her you have to wait several months and you only get one chance to be there!! These are not the kind of people I want working on my childs teeth anyways. I couldn't believe how rude she was!
