Excellent service, great customer service overall I'm always pleased !! Everyone I know takes their cars there and they are pleased as well.

I can't evaluate their work since I don't know enough about car fixing, but in general they charge too much. They rip you off by overcharging parts and providing unnecessary services.

This was not happened very recently, but I wanted to share my experience with this place with other people after I read other reviews. In my first visit, I went there for a state inspection. When they were checking my car in, they forgot to ask me about the registration card. Later on they pulled the car in, a staff was inside of my car and I was watching them. After about 15 minutes I figured out that they dug the inside drawers of my car, without asking me, and found my old registration documents from my previous home state and thought that my car has a fake registration. Note that they did not even asked me about the registration card at first! When they finally asked me about it I pulled it from my wallet and showed it. Then they found out that my car need new front joints and put a $1000 price to fix them. I canceled the inspection, went to somewhere else and made it fixed to half the price including the inspection. I never suggest this place to anyone, even for a basic oil change

STAY AWAY DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE FOR ANYTHING THEY MEAN WELL BUT ARE INCOMPANT. Bought 4 tires almost one year ago which included one all wheel alignment within one year of purchase. I was impressed that they could align the car too. I took the car in to get tires rotated and balanced and then an alignment at this location : 411 sun rest towne center, Morgantown, WV. They rotated and balanced the tires and before they did the alignment I told the service manager that one of the tires was low on pressure by 10 lb. He says that is all checked when rotating tires and it will

be fine. After the service I checked the tire pressure and is was still low. Took it back the next day and they said they found a metal object sticking in the tire so they fixed it. Then they aligned it again. I then drove the car home and around on the interstate with my family the next day. Upon checking the tire pressure it was 46 pounds. 40 is max. WARNING DO NOT GET OIL CHANGE OR ANY WORK DONE HERE.

Hopefully they battery better than they tire. Made an appointment for a Saturday, showed up and waited almost an hour before they told me there was a "snafu" and one of the tires came in wrong. The tire was reordered and a new appointment made foe the following Saturday while I was standing there. Fast forward one week, no record of my appointment and a mysterious "someone" had cancelled the tire order, and they couldn't seem to figure out where to find one. These were 17" tires for a subaru, I wasn't looking for a rubber unicorn. They gave up on figuring out how to make things right and offered no customer service unless you count the cup of coffee I got from their Keurig while I waited for no reason during the first visit.

I went there for an oil change. They drained everything but never filled anything back up. I brought it to their attention that i had been watching and knew they didnt. The mechanic denied it. I took the manager to my car with me and he apologized profusely as he filled up my fluids. He gave it to me for free and a card for the next one free. Ugh no. I left and went to my dealership and had them check all the fluids. Sad excuse for a company. I would not recommend anyone ever go there.

Absolutely disgusted by the service I received here. I took my car here in the fall for an oil change & received two pages of things that needed attention immediately, totaling nearly $3,000. I took it to my dealer, and while there were some wear & tear issues such as new brakes, I didn't need nearly what they claimed & my bill ended up being less than $1,000 at the dealer. Took it back at the beginning of March for an oil change & state inspection against my better judgment. They wouldn't pass it for inspection & claimed the dealer had made multiple mistakes on my car. I since had it checked twice at two different garages & they found nothing wrong with my car & passed it for inspection. This place clearly takes advantage of women & it's sad because not everyone may know to get a second opinion. Don't take your car here.

Well my girlfriend went here to get her wipers looked at while I was out of town. They told her she needed to replace the wiper motor get new arm and everything costing 400+. I said forget that looked at it when I got home. It was a link fix cost me 4$ this place takes advantage of women do not recommend

Last week my wife brought her car to NTB for state inspection. 30 minutes later she came back to pick her car up. Then she was told they replaced one of headlight bulb without any notice by saying" you do not want to fail state inspection". What they charged for it was 5 Q X $8.5 for a labor, $17 for one headlight bulb and $7 for disposal. I know how expensive it is in this country. But i used to replace headlight bulb for my wife' s car by myself in 5 minutes. Before they replaced that, they should have asked her for replacement. Anyway, it is not so professional. I am not going to visit this company again.

The employees were friendly, but as soon as I walked in they had no record of the appointment that I had called to make the day before. Then, the price they quoted me on tires was $50 more per tire than anyone else in town. Also, they insisted I use the expensive Valvoline full synthetic oil when Valvoline clearly states on their website that nowadays switching back to less expensive conventional oil or synthetic blend does not cause problems. Next time I'm taking my car to a more honest establishment that doesn't mark up their prices so high. Save time and money and go somewhere else.
