Did not even get the chance to have my animal serviced because the people on the phone were too rude to tell us any information. I asked specifically if they did cat cuts and could hear the snippy, rudeness of the workers in the background of the phone. This immediately turned us off of their business. It is also $70 plus dollars for a cat grooming. The PetCo in University Town Center is much cheaper ( around $50) and they were very friendly. Friendliness is a way to comfort people who are trusting in your services of handling one's dear animal.

I had used MPCC in the past without problem. Moved back to town after 3 years - service is poor, staff rude & they do not honor reserved boarding. Will never use again and suggest you stay away. Others had told me it was not the same but I guess I needed to have the negative experience before believing. Use at your own risk!!
