Provided by YP.comThe customer service at the Hertz/Hart Field Rd, Morgantown, WV is horrible! We have had several problems with reservations placed with them. The first time, the company would not honor the price that was originally quoted. Another time... and the LAST, they tried to charge us for a car rental that we did not even rent from them! How can the corporate office allow this particular Hertz to continue to provide such poor customer service and stay in business?!?? I will not be doing any more business with them...nor will I recommend them to any of my friends! This Hertz should really should be rated a "NEGATIVE 5 star!! MB
