Requested a quote for tires online. Went in to the location 3 days later and decided I wanted to get wheels also. Then they tell me that they can't give me the price they quoted me on the tires. I have the quote in writing and they refuse to honor it. Will never do business there again.

Today (a week before Christmas, mind you) I got winter tires on a brand new car with under 200 miles on it. When the car was picked up, they said the tire pressure sensor was damaged before they did anything, and wanted me to pay them to fix it. Surely this was under the warranty on my car, so I took the broken piece and headed to the dealership where they explained to me that Glotfelty was at fault for the damage. The way the piece was broken was clearly damage from improperly removing the wheel.



When I returned to Glotfeltys, the manager, Jay Schiffano, FLAT OUT REFUSED to call the toyota service department to explain to them how it was not the fault of his shop. I called them on speakerphone from my own cell phone. Jay continued to disagree with the Toyota service department, he continued to speak to me disrespectfully. Once Jay saw the price that he was going to have to pay for the repair to be done at the dealership, he then said that he would "fix the mistake"....that he had the sensor in stock and he would do it free of charge because he would not pay an "inflated price" at the dealership.



So Glotfelty broke something on my car. Pretended like it wasn't their fault and tried to get me to pay for it. Now they refuse to pay for it to get fixed at another shop (CLEARLY my vehicle will not be going back into a shop that is so dishonest and disrespectful). It's even more infuriating to me that this is all happening a week before Christmas. What if the cost of repairing that sensor means that my kids don't get presents....a sensor that THE SHOP BROKE AND SHOULD HAVE HONESTLY REPLACED TO BEGIN WITH.

I bought 4 new dunlop tires and when i walkef out to my car i seen the huge knots in the sidewalls.i returned inside and told the mgr.he said its normal.i left and had a vibration in my car.took it back they rebalanced the front 2 only and said 1 was out..took it back again..said they were out again..the 3rd time i told them i had a bad tire.so they checked and found a bad tire so they put the bad tire back on my car knowing i was going out of town and told me they would order one. So i made an apointment to get my bad tire changed out for 3:30 pm and i sat there for an hour while they changed it...never again

Great service, and they tell it like it is. I've taken my car there and asked them to do work on it to be told that I didn't need it. In other words they could have done it and ripped me off, but they didn't. They also provide a good waiting area, and if you need it they can send a shuttle to drop you off and pick you up somewhere in Morgantown while your car is being serviced.

Dear Sir, On 9/8/11 my wife and I had trouble with my Chevy truck on Int 68 near Morgantown WV. At the GMC dealer we were rudely told that they would be of no service to us for "weeks" really, "weeks". Being 250 miles from home we were lost with no help. We chanced upon Glotfelty tire & auto and although they were quite busy they checked our car and we were off within minutes. Many thanks to Aaron and the mechanic who found the problem and had us back on our way at a very reasonable cost. Thanks for turning a terrible experience into a memorable one,
