Mr. Mallek returned my call within 30 or 40 minutes and scheduled a time the same afternoon to come and see what was needed. He quoted his base price on the phone and then when he arrived (at the time he said he would) he assessed the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. Then I told him of another problem I was having and he said lets take a look at it. He was able to fix that issue within about 15 or 20 additional minutes. So, without having to pay for an additional service call, he took care of all the problems and I no longer have water running from my kitchen and bath into the basement. I highly recommend David Mallek Plumbing to anyone who needs an expert plumber.
