Not sure what the previous review was about. My experience there tonight was quite the opposite. I ordered the seafood platter which was obviously not reheated. Matter of fact I had to wait a minute for the shrimp to cool down a little. The breading was crisp, the shrimp were very flavorful. It was the best calabash shrimp that I've had in a long time. That saying a lot since I was in the Navy and I've had my share of shrimp from all over the world. The table service was prompt and courteous and my drink never dipped below the halfway mark. I spoke with Jason the owner and complemented him on my dining experience. I will be a frequent customer to Carbon City Cafe.

Supper was purchased there this evening and brought home. What a RIP-OFF!!! 2 Fish dinners with some extra pieces of fish was $32! The fries in one dinner were few and half done. The fish was obviously reheated, beyond greasy on the outside, and inside was dried out to the point that it was inedible. The dog had an expensive supper.



That was the third time since it opened I have had food from Carbon City Cafe and it has been a STRIKE each time. Tonight was the LAST time.
