Punctual and fantastic work!

I needed a kitchen remodel… my kitchen was from the late 1970s, it was old, dingy, grimy, and the cabinets were just flimsy. I contacted Thomas Rose Construction in Moreno Valley and he scheduled a date and time to visit my home to provide an estimate. Thomas Rose arrived on time and got straight to business. He offered me several solutions to the kitchen remodel and provided a fair price. Once we agreed upon a course of action, Thomas Rose provided me with a work start date and estimated time of completion. Mr. Rose is a punctual and diligent hard working individual, after each day he gave me an update on the progress of the work. Now my kitchen looks beautiful! I am pleased with the work he did on my kitchen cabinets… I would say his hard work has made my home look brand new! I highly recommend Thomas Rose for all your home repair needs! Thank you Mr. Rose!

When my wife and I set out on our journey to remodel our bathroom, we were very leery of contractors. We had heard several horror stories about contractors overcharging, arriving late (or at all), and jobs running over budget and beyond the estimated completion date. However, Tomas Rose Construction ended our misconception of contractors. Tom Rose was extremely affordable, professional, and courteous. He provided us with a variety of options and let us decide on what we wanted and were willing to spend. He didn't pressure us into any unnecessary items or upgrades. He gave us specific start and completion dates which were followed exactly. He arrived each day at the time specified. There were absolutely no worries as to if he would be coming back to finish the job. Tom's kind/friendly demeanor was an added bonus to such a wonderful remodeling experience. As a result of such a positive experience, my wife and I went on to tile the rest of our home using Tomas Rose Construction. Thanks to Tom, his staff, and their attention to detail I now have a beautifully remodeled bathroom and tile floors throughout my home. I would highly recommend him for any of your construction needs.

Tom re-did our house in Anaheim. He was recommended to us by my in-laws who used them for their house in Riverside. I am so glad we got this recommendation...Tom was great. He's very honest, fair, diligent, reliable and thorough. He won't leave the job until it is done right. I never had a problem with him in the 3.5 months we worked with him. He does quality work and everyone he referred us to did good work as well. The house was ugly before the work began, and now we love living here. We were sad to be finished with the project...I got so used to seeing him and the guys he worked with. We had a bad experience with a previous contractor so I was a little worried at first, but Tom put us at ease. He answers phone calls and emails, keeps you updated and informed, and works with you to get the project done at your budget. I will be telling everyone about Tom!

We live in Moreno Valley and decided to up grade our home with higher base boards and floor tiles. Thomas Rose Construction was referred to us, we must say his work is professional ,clean and neat on schedule. We will use him for fetuses home improvement and highly recommend him to anyone who needs home improvements.

Mr. Rose did a nice job for me. He is very diligent, pleasant and most importantly reasonable in price. A job well done!

I had my carpets replaced in my living room, dining room, stair way, and hall ways with cherry/wood laminate. His work is fantastic, and the cost was reasonable. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. My floors are beautiful! I will call Tom again for any future projects that I may have.

Tom removed and replaced the tile flooring that covered half our house and I couldn't be happier. His pricing was lower than everyone else that gave us a quote and his work is top notch. He leveled uneven parts of the slab after the current flooring was removed and even did a toe kick in the kitchen. His work is straight, even and incredibly gorgeous! To top it all off he even gave us some pointers on a couple DIY projects we have planned too.



If you're looking for a professional, and value the rare ones that are honest, kind and not out to rip you off, this is the contractor to call!!

Tom remodeled 2 bathrooms for me. One was so small we had to be selective of the size of everything. Tom found the perfect sink, toliet, medicine chest, lights and shelving. The whole room was tiled to look Victorian. I love the way it turned out!



My second bathroom was dated and the tub was too short to even stand in to shower. Tom removed a wall into a closet to make the bathroom much larger. When he was done I had both a walk in shower I could stand in and a round heated built in jacuzzi tub. Another Masterpiece!



Tom is a thinker and considers all options available. He did excellent work and kept everything neat during the construction. He even worked with me so that I was without a shower for only a day.



I will hire him again for whatever my next project might be..

Tom has completed multiple projects around my home including a free standing garage at the back of my property and a beautifully landscaped fire pit with patio. He had excellent input as to locations and demensions.



He strived to do things just as I had requested and I couldn't be happier with the results! Not only did he do things correctly, he also put the extra effort into making things just right. He takes much pride in his work and it definitely shows.



He stayed until the job was fully completed and left no issues hidden. I greatly recommend Tom for any project! I will use him again.
