*It was pricey. They charged me $45 for a very short, very simple cut, shampoo and style.
*They were dishonest. They chopped all of my hair off (straight across) before they started working with it but still charged me $45 for a "long-hair" cut.
*They refused to give me a magazine or book for ideas.
*They were unprofessional and rude. The lady who cut my hair (blond hair... I can't remember her name) was pleasant on the outside, but... She was short tempered with my son. He was very well behaved the whole time. She was very sharp and curt with him. It was unnecessary. She openly mocked me when I mentioned I wanted more children. She laughed at me and told me to"get a pet, instead"! You should not make fun of your customers!!!
*Unsatisfied with the cut I received. She cut it 4-6 inches SHORTER than what she said she was going to! She convinced me not to do layers in the back. She also refused to flat-iron it for me.
