I have been a student at MMAA for over 2 years now. I have completed the Self defense course and am in the Advanced Jiu-Jitsu class, as well as the kickboxing class.



Great environment for kids. I have watched many kids come in undisciplined and not focused. One of Sam's goals is to help all of his students with discipline and focus. You can see it no better place than wit the kid classes.



My own life is much more goal orientated and not to mention I have confidence that I can defend my self in almost all situations.



His programs are great for all people, MMA athletes can come here and learn quite a bit of high end BJJ and Kickboxing, and an average person can walk in the door and learn just as much.

Highly recommended! This is truly the best place for martial arts training in the entire Inland Empire area, and one of the best places in the country. They teach the real Gracie jiu-jitsu, made famous by Royce Gracie, the legendary competitor who won 3 of the first 4 UFC's in the early 90's. I wasn't in great shape when I started, but Sam Marcellini, the chief instructor and professional mixed martial arts competitor who trained under Royce Gracie and is one of only 3 black belts under Royce Gracie in the entire state of California, has a way of teaching that works for everyone from those who haven't exercised in years to professional fighters. Now I am in the best shape of my entire life. Some of my classes are taught by Royce Gracie and other members of the Gracie family, and Royce Gracie himself does all of my belt promotions! This is a really special school, with a awesome and professional instructor, and is the place where you should be training if you are learning martial arts!
