Established in 1983

Starting out in 1983 as an authorized Hot Spring Spa service company, Jim Baylus, owner, got to learn the quality of the Hot Spring Spa from the inside-out. Also doing work for other spa manufacturers at the time, Jim soon came to realize that the Hot Spring Spa line was special. Where most other spa manufacturers placed a value on "more", "bigger" and "flashier", without regard to the user experience, the folks at Hot Spring (Watkins Manufacturing) placed their emphasis on quality components, energy-efficiency, and long-term customer satisfaction. In 1986, when Jim was offered the chance to carry the Hot Spring Spa line in a showroom, he jumped at the chance and has never turned back. Carrying the best-built spa turned out to be a no-brainer, and customers loved the attention to detail and the customer service provided by Inland Empire Hot Spring Spas. In fact, the dealership received the "Retail Excellence Award for Customer Service".
