S&G BJJ offers the best instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai, and Submission Grappling in the Dayton, Ohio area. Numerous classes are available throughout the day creating flexibility in one’s schedule. Additionally, specialized classes are offered for children and women. S&G’s expert instruction comprises of three Black Belts (2 BJJ, 1 Judo) and a Level 2 Instructor in Muay Thai Boxing according to the TBA (Thai Boxing Association). The facility incorporates all equipment needed to facilitate proper instruction, and the cleanliness is unmatched.
