I have been going to Sapphire Salon and Day Spa for years and have found them to be very professional and creative. I think the review posted before mine was mean spirited and worse yet, she took a second opportunity to give a low star rating even when apologizing for her outburst. I don't give credibility to those who post nasty, non productive commentaries. I am very fussy about my hair and skin treatments and Sapphire has always taken good care of me.

Came there for a color repair.... they WERE NOT CAPABLE of handling it and really FRIED my haiR... went to Alexanders MINUTES AFTER LEAVING HEREwhere they fixed it on ONE TRY not THREE OR FOUR tries to no avail like here AND FOUR HOURS of my time then fried and ruined my hair LIKE HERE ..... PS When I said I"m going to have to go have this fixed and really don't see how I can pay for something so terrible and ruined...the older woman who tries to look young... called security ... saying theft of services... well guess again.... this is reasonable rejection SO if anyone feels this has happened to them AT THIS SALON contact me as we are collecting people.
