I hired these guys to remove a diseased tree from my property. They arrived within the hour and gave me a fair bid and removed the tree promptly once scheduled. I would highly recommend.

They took down our tree (very big Elm) after part of it fell on our porch, and got it cleaned up efficiently. We do have a very bumpy back yard right now, and still have the tire tracks from the trucks. Also, it was expensive, and $250 over the estimate. The total came to $3,250. We just had a big storm, and every place was busy & couldn't get to it.
Not only did I feel it was overly expensive, but they finished up at 9 pm on a Saturday (they were on & off over 3-4 days), & came to the door & demanded payment. i was not home at the time & was gone for the weekend. The owner called nonstop & came to our house at least 5 times the next day trying to get his check (my son was home). It was very "staulkerish." I gave him a check on Monday when I returned, & hope to never be in contact with them again. American Family only reimbursed me for $1,500 of the tree total. Something to keep in mind...shop around.

The most unprofessional and rude business I've ever dealt with. Their behavior was so deplorable that I've reported them to the BBB. They also flat-out lied to me on the phone. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

Wonderful customer service! Roger has a wonderful wealth of knowledge in regards to tree removal. He is fairly priced as well!
