Terrible business. Refused to clean or paint home prior to move in, so I needed to do it myself, 12 hours later. Place was infested with flees and needed bombings twice before move in, of which I was required to do one because Steve Knight couldn't get to it and was in no rush, given my move in date, days away. I've had no working bathroom outlet for 3 months now, limbs falling on the home still need to be cut, 3 months later. Took off of work today because he told me an electrician was coming, he himself comes with a tool box, spends 40 minutes in the bathroom and comes out to tell me he needs an electrician. I sent him notice of a dangerous mold in the kitchen and he comes in with a ladder and some bleach, over my kitchen table, my food, my dishes, myself and sprays and wipes the mold away. No precautions, no OSHA standards, no care or concern for my health whatsoever. Now contacting an attorney to sue. This man a real piece of work.
