I have actually tanned 4 times of which, 2 of them times I took new customers that have never been. Tonight, Aaron proceeds to tell me I have to sign something they forget. Which is fine, however, I would like to see what I am signing. He refuses to let me see the screen and tells me I can't tan. Then as I sit down to wait on my daughter he slams the screen around knocking everything on the counter in to the floor. I say, "thank you, I just don't want to blindly sign something." He then finishes what ever needs finished on that screen and says, "Oops, you still can't tan. Joseph Carter didn't sign the proper documents for his card." Keep in mind I paid cash for August and until now no one had mentioned Joe signing anything. That being said, until tomorrow I'm technically paid for and should have no problem tanning.

The past year since coming to this location has been a lot better than the last management team. This is above and beyond "Above and Beyond" tanning, which I will never be going back! SUn Tan City forever!!

I am super happy with the Sun Tan City in Mooresville. I have visited a few times before, but this last time I took advantage of a few deals and coupons and bought a package. I love the beds and clean rooms. The staff there is VERY friendly and super helpful. They are also extremely patient! When I signed up, I got some upgrade points and a deal on lotions. After using the lotion a few times, I was just not very satisfied with it. I got a no hassle exchange and let me tell ya, the patience of the staff is just beyond belief! They showed me tons of lotions and was so nice while I took forever choosing! Even with being busy and hot, they were focused on helping me.

I am so happy with the new lotion. I will say that my only quip is that many of times they try to sell me something, but if I say nah, they don't push hard. They are a bit on the pricey end, but if you can splurge just a little on yourself, this is the place to go! Thank you Sun Tan City of Mooresville! I'm a very pleased member so far!

Never going back. They are rude to customers. Staying with Above and Beyond
