Needed to do a return that I just bought a few days ago from Hallmark so called the store to ask about returns and the man that answered was very rude and said well don't bring it here! I have the receipt and all packaging and everything! He didn't want to deal with me and made that very clear!

I love shopping in stores where the sales clerks are helpful and friendly. This Hallmark Shop is the best one I have found. Friendly and Helpful!
