Wonderful Sam's Club! This is our new go-to store! The produce and meats are the best! Why do we have to put in so many letters to submit? It's great. That's enough said!!!

I had ordered a ring from the jewelry department and the supervisor there named Erin was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the items. My wedding was coming up, but my ring still had not come in and Erin and I were actually on the phone when it was delivered and she was as excited about it as I was. My fiance showed up to pick it up and she had to break the news to him that they actually sized it down instead of up. Erin said she was going to take care of it and he will have a ring within 2 hours to bring home to me. Erin went to a local jeweler had my ring sized correctly and within one hour she was calling my fiance letting him know the ring is now ready and she even offered to give him lunch at their care. I am so impressed with how Erin went above and beyond to make sure my day went as wonderful as I hoped it would. Thank you for having such wonderful person work for your company that truly has a passion and compassion for what she does. Thank you Erin!!!
