Won't return calls, even when your vehicle is ready. Has employees that don't know anything about hear and air. We were told that a system flush would make the heater work before long. "NO". Then after repairing every other part, they removed the dash and connected the heater. I admit that the vehicle is older, but when we picked it up the seats were shredded. We were told that they just ripped when the mechanic sat in the passenger seat. Thinking they were going to repair the seats and the hole that they caused in the hose. We picked up a vehicle with poorly fitting, off colored, elastic seat covers. They refused to fix what they caused. Further, we were told that the owner wouldn't do anything to make this right. The manager bought the seat covers. This is so wrong, I wouldn't recommend that anyone do business with them. Now we have spent close to $800 to get hot air and destroyed seats. It is going to cost even more to file a claim against this business.
