This company is a joke! They will rip you off. I lived in one of their houses for almost 2 years. He would not allow us to keep going month to month and pay 50 extra. He said we HAD to sign a new lease or get a new place. It took the a week to fix the bathroom floor that was rotted. I had to take off work and their workers were late almost everyday. He said it cost him 200 to take down a satellite but we NEVER had satellite. We had holes in the living room floor and he would never fix them. We even put up a huge wooden fence and offered to leave it for our deposit back and he claimed that fences were to much up keep. Just a SORRY company do not get involved with them at all...

Dont rent anything from this slum lord..... He is a cheat.. Rented 2 homes from him for 3 years, paid my rent on time every month & never really called him out for much. But when I move out and do what I'm suppose to do, my 30 day notice, left the place cleaner than I found it and he still somehow kept $420 of my deposit. Only because he knows it will cost you more to fight it then to just except it and walk away. I will just say unless you want to be cheated out of your money for sure don't rent anything from this slum lord......
