Maria saved the day! I put wrong address in for delivery and she made sure the Postmates driver got the correct address. Yeah for Maria!!!! A+++++++ service!

Service was horrible. Front seating staff were rude and very short. Waiter rushed us during ordering our food and half way through ordering responded with “Do I need to come back” when I didn’t say what flavor of margarita I wanted quick enough for him. Came back and when I told him I’m just going to pass on the margarita he rolled his eyes. Alfredo’s has always been my favorite place but after this poor visit I will not ever go back

My wife and I were craving some good Mexican food. (We would have normally eaten Tarahumara's, in Norman) I was on my way home and decided to place a take out order. We made the mistake of trying out this "new" (to us) restaurant. After they ensured me that my food would be kept warm, I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes after I placed the order... and 20 minutes later I was finally helped. Needless to say, my experience inside Alfredo's wasn't pleasant....but, what did I care, I wasn't going to have to eat my food there....I got my food, paid with a smile and left. Pwwww, the bad was now behind me (or so I had thought) and to my home I went. I get out the food.....and it's wrong! (I think to myself...Okay, not that big of a deal, call the store and go get the correct order.) I get the Owner, Kelly....he said, and I quote "They (the waitresses) are suppose to check the orders before you leave so there's nothing I can do for you" .....ummmm, huh? The owner just told his customer that because HIS waitress didn't check my order and because I didn't know the "procedure" for this restaurant that he wont fix my order? Okay, fine...I'm hungry, I TRY eating it. The food was cold as can be! The rice is very bland as is most everything else. The cheese enchiladas were so tough you had to cut them with a knife. The queso was cheap, the salsa wasn't even a bit spicy. The only thing that was okay were the tortillas...but even they were cold, and what good is tortillas without all the "goodies". Needless to say, I will NEVER order from this place again. Ricky's has much better quality and quantity in there food. When I'm in Moore again and wanting Mexican food...I'll go across the highway to Ricky's. I will always prefer Tarahumara's.....I have never had to check my order before I leave and yet when I get home...my order has ALWAYS been correct....I guess I took for granted the people that care about their businesses.

THEY STEEL CREDIT CARD NUMBERS FROM YOU WHILE YOUR EATING.. MY BANK SENT ME A NEW CREDIT CARD AFTER EATING HERE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Best Service in town......Food is always consistantly good. Green Salsa is the best. My family and I eat here at least once a week!

Alfredo's Mexican Cafe is one of our favorite places to dine. It has it all: great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere.
