RJs did a good job on a one-day project over 6 years ago. I called them a few weeks ago to get a quote on another small job. 5 calls and almost a month later, after being told I would get a quote, nothing. I finally called and said, I either need a quote and commitment to the job, which you indicated you could fit it, or a referral to someone else. Jeremy's response was basically they were too busy to bother (which he could have said at the beginning) and then he made insulting and snotty comments about an older retired friend who was here 6 years ago (the friend has decades of experience in building/painting/remodeling) and who apparently did some kibbitzing and chatting during the paint job back then. From the comments made, Jeremy actually has him confused with some other guys (had wrong side of house, said friend told him he was from back east when he is not). But the point is, none of it needed to be said. All he had to say was, I am so sorry we haven't gotten back to you, my fault entirely, here is a referral. Insulting people from some irritation over 6 years ago was completely unnecessary, irrelevant to the situation, and just mean and unkind toward a retired older man who was just trying to look out for me and talk to guys in his trades.

It is with great pleasure to write this recommendation for R J’s Painting. We had the feeling throughout the entire process that our business was important to R J’s Painting and that their goal was to deliver the best possible result.

My husband and I purchased a beautiful home in Cobble Creek built as a speck home. The builder left the painting of the interior walls to the new home owner. We basically had white contractors paint throughout the entire home. Our Great Room has a ceiling height of 30 feet with 25 foot windows facing the golf course. Choosing a painting contractor was going to be a daunting task. This project was going to set the tone and ambience of the home.

Needless to say a first class paint job was important to us when selecting a painting company. We contacted a few painting companies for bids. But Char from R J’s Painting was the most responsive during the initial estimating portion of the project and had many thoughtful and expert recommendations for the interior painting of our home. All of my questions and needs were addressed in a very professional and efficient manner. Preparation is 99% of the job and is the key to a long lasting paint. Char understood our requirements and far exceeded our expectations. The customer service was outstanding.

Our next concern was the organization of the project management. And workmanship was also extremely important to us. My husband and I were focused on the artistic quality that would be achieved through the attention to detail. Jeremy headed up the team. His professionalism throughout the whole process, including checking in with us daily to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with the work, was very much appreciated. His team paid attention to the job at hand and were prompt, courteous and respectful. The team had a great work ethic and relate to homeowners well! They kept the home clean throughout the entire project.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable and meticulous in his painting, no detail was overlooked, and he exhibited a lot of patience, especially when a few additions and changes had to be made during the project. He kept me updated on the team’s daily progress and offered suggestions and /or concerns when necessary. Jeremy did a fantastic job. He was very nice and enjoyable to work with. He was very detailed in his work. He would not finish any area until he was satisfied. Jeremy definitely takes pride in his work. It shows throughout our home and we are very appreciative of his diligence.

The quality of work that was put into our home made the anticipation of it being complete well worth the time. I always had confidence that the project was going to be done right. What really impressed us was the overall professionalism and attention to detail that was provided throughout the entire project.

We highly recommend R J’s Painting for any paint job and we will use them again in the future.

Hired painting contractor for finishing professional office. Two young men arrived (late), splattered paint on baseboards. Called Mr. Jones and he came out and fixed the mess, but not a professional job from him either.
