I would give 0 stars dont buy a used hot tub from Paul the used car sales man they sold me junk an was all to happy to keep taking my money. Go some where else!!!

I had purchased a spa from another spa company out of Telluride, and from day one I had nothing but issues. The spa I bought had many problems and when I contacted the company they were less than helpful. After many attempts at trying to have them address my problems, I finnaly called Hot Water Productions. Paul went out of his way to help resolve my issues. Even though it was a product that they don't sell, he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely, and professional manor. Since then, I have purchase a Hotsrping spa and have been extreemly satisfied! It is very easy to operate and maintain, and is much more energy efficient than my last spa. I would HIGHLY reccomend them to anyone who is looking to purchase or have their existing spa serviced!
