I've always gone to Walmart, but this time I didn't. SUPER HAPPY i didn't. These guys are top notch!! Jesus, an employee here at the MontroseBig O was phenomenal! Super quick, they knew which tires I wanted before I even told them, the price was perfect, and the service, ONE HUNDRED PERCENT!!! I am going to stick with Big O, and that's final. They have warranties, they ACTUALLY KNOW about the cars they work with, and they even work with you financially, making sure that you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED when you leave. I recommend you come here next time, don't hesitate its DEFINITELY worth it.

Terrible service. I purchased tires through Tire Rack on the internet and had them shipped to Big O in Montrose. Before purchasing I was given a written quote from the Tire Rack that the total cost of the install would be $89. I had the tires shipped to Big O and when I arrived there for the install I was told that it would be $25 per tire for a total of $102. The $13 over the quote from Tire Rack was not a deal breaker, but I asked to have this price in writing before the work was done as I learned from reading other reviews that this store would add additional cost after the original estimate which the customer had to pay to get their vehicle back. The sales person would not provide me with a written quote so I left with my tires and had the install completed at Walmart for a total cost of $76 which included lifetime rotation and balance. I will never do business with the Montrose Big O or Tire Rack in the future.

I'm a single parent and was in need of some good used tires.I went to Big O. with thinking of all the neg. things I had heard.But my exp. with them are very High...Those guys are the best.I trust Frank and I feel relieved knowing they will take care of my car and I can drive off feeling safe for my children and my self.
