Dental Care Associates was founded in 1979 and now has five offices in Central Pennsylvania The first office was opened in Williamsport in 1979. Over the next five years, offices were also opened in Holidaysburg (1980), Johnstown (1981), Greensburg (1982), and Selinsgrove (1984). Our dentists are supported by a team of experienced dental assistants and licensed dental hygienists. Skilled laboratory technicians at our on-site dental care labs fabricate full and partial dentures, orthodontic models, bleaching trays, and splints. Having on-site labs allows us to deliver dentures to patients in as little as two days as well as control the quality of the lab services.

Our daughter has braces from t...

Our daughter has braces from this place. Do yourself a favor and find a different place unless you have the ability to pay the entire charge for the braces up front. After she'd had her braces for more than a year, we had a late payment. The orthodontist refused to see her saying we'd not made a payment for 5 months!! After that was resolved in our favor because we had receipts, we were told the dentist couldn't see her for a regular checkup and cleaning for 6 months because there were no appointments available. Really! What's the sense in paying all this money for braces if her teeth are dirty and rotting because they won't see her? Against their wishes we took her to another dentist for a checkup and cleaning. After this we received a phone call saying that regardless of the payment plan we were following, her balance had to be paid in full or they would not remove her braces as scheduled. We were sent a CareCredit application which holds a 26% interest rate!! This isn't over. I will be speaking not only to the BBB but also our attorney.
