Try to call this store....they put you on hold and never come back to the phone. If you call back and tell the person she did that, she will then transfer you to a line that keeps ringing and no one picks up. If you have the patience to call back for the 3rd time, the same person will tell you "I know no one picks up..they are always too busy." And then she transfers the call again and leaves you to a ringing that goes nowhere. This happens every single time you call. If you go into the store, the staff are very helpful, but do not call. I find myself going to Middletown to buy my office supplies
