Provided by YP.comShout out to ces salesman Pete for handling the install of gas lines and tank at my house. I'm a contractor myself and when a job is done right - I appreciate it. Pete showed up on-time for the appointment, good estimate, the service guys showed when pete scheduled it for, hooked up my new lp gas furnace and grill fast and neat. I see enough hacks in the building trades industry - ces did the job great. In a time when companies don't call back or show for appointments - I appreciate how the job came out. Thanks pete and crew!

Provided by YP.comAs you can see from the unprofessional company response to the previous reviewer (Dan), CES lacks customer service skills. My meter was read on March 28. I disputed the charges because it nearly tripled all my previous bills. I basically got told "oh well" and was informed yesterday that my service would be shut off tomorrow. Mind you I owe this company no other money except the current bill which is,to date, 19 days old. Nice way to treat a single mom with an 8 yr old boy. I asked for some sort of arrangement and was told no.

Provided by YP.comDan F: We all scratched our heads here at CES when we read your comments on "overcharging you 30 cents per gallon" and then how we messed up the math on a refund. No idea how this could even occur since all our posted fuel prices are posted to every customer service rep every day, so there should be no confusion. The story just isn't making sense to any of us, so if you would like to call us - we'd be happy to review it fully. But in the meantime, we're thinking that the story just doesn't make sense and might just be off-kilter.

We've been delivering fuel oil & propane, servicing heating equipment for over 45 years Dan. We have about 100 local people working here and never rip anyone off. Very reputable locally owned company that takes GREAT care of our customers.
The internet can make tough guys out of bullies on their computers easily. We would ask that IF you really have a real problem - you can call us directly. We have never ripped anyone off for $15 or $45 Dan. Sounds slanderous to us my friend.
Somehow we've managed to gain almost 1900 new customers in 2012 alone. We must be doing something right Dan F and thankfully don't need to rip anyone off.

Provided by YP.comAvoid at all costs. Dishonest business practices. Rude and untrained customer service reps that blame the customer for the company's mistakes. They overcharged me $0.30 a gallon and took over a month and a half to give me a $15 refund that should have been $47. No one that answers the phones understands the policies, or basic math. DO NOT BE A VICTIM
