My experience was not a pleasant one. I think the owners and/or manager need to focus on customer service & quality care. They are not always there when you go to pick up your pet (we had agreed on the time when we dropped them off). We were lead to believe there is 24/7 on site care but that doesn't seem to be the case. Also, one of our pets had medication he was suppose to be given daily and it was still in the bottle when we picked them up...that is what upset me the most. We were not happy with the grooming our dogs recieved and they still had that "kennel smell". They should probably get someone more experienced to do that.



The place does look nice and is clean, and the girl that seems to run the place is very nice, but my concern is for the proper care of my dogs. It is such a shame because we live close. Now we will be looking for somewhere else to give us the service we pay for.....both for boarding and grooming.

I have a very hyper Boston Terrier and we were attempting a 5000 mile road trip. Deciding at the last minute that it wouldn't be good fpr the dog and it would be stressful for us, I found tis resort online. There was available space for my dog in an extremely friendly and immaculate enviroment and I wasn't made to feel guilty for not taking the dog. I highly recommend this resort and I'll definitely trust them again with my baby.

Popular belief from clients suggest that Lake Country Pet Resort is a four star facility for your cat or dog. Equipped with a play room and several fenced in yards so that dogs will not feel any restrictions. All of our buildings are air conditioned and kept extremely clean. Cleanliness is an absolute must for this kennel on a daily basis. Each room is complete with a cot to sleep on and a constant supply of fresh water. Dogs are walked five times a day to go to the bathroom and are even walked at night! Don't think twice about bringing your dog or cat to the kennel that will not only care for your animal, they'll love em' when you leave em'.
