Where should I start? First of all, to anyone planning on renting a car from Budget or Avis, SKIP THIS LOCATION. There are other options on Montgomery Road within a couple miles.



The clown who runs this little Popsicle stand is a Millennial jackass with all the baggage that accompanies the worst of that Generation: sarcastic, rude, entitled, argumentative and ever so sure he has all the answers. To say that this location provides poor customer service is an understatement of epic proportions. From ignoring customer's requests for specific vehicle sizes, using inappropriate language around children, to overcharging and then claiming it was an "honest mistake" only when caught, this "business" (I use that term loosely) is a total train wreck and should be avoided at all costs.
