Michael Sr. is semi retired. Michael Jr. and his wife Sherry are taking over. The work has always been very good yet there is a lack of flexibility for pick up and drop off. Lastly, there exists a HUGE attitude that shadows any positive experience. There are too many quality auto body repair shops to have to deal with that.
