On 8/22/17 an expedited order from Bestbuy was delivered to my home address. I was not home to pick up the item so it was schedule for a redelivery. I call the 1-800 no.# and was told something different by 3 different representative. Finally the 3rd Rep. told me the item would be available for pick up between the hours of 7:30pm-9pm. After waiting 45 min. outside on a park-like bench, being biten by mosquitoes, a worker comes outside and tells me the item was not pulled by the driver, or simply put.. the driver forgot, so my item wasn't unavailable for pick up. This really was unacceptable, because this was a Digital Tablet that I purchase to accompany my granddaughter on her road trip with her parents to Detroit, Michigan the following morning. Anyone who ever taken a road trip with kids knows how important keeping them entertained can be!! I left in tears, because I had to endure being biten by numerous mosquitoes in Alabama's hot and humid conditions, just to be told I would be leaving empty handed. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I reported this to a Rep named Missy, only to be yell at by this UPS representative stating it was not the representative fault, but the driver. Well, its definitely someone's fault. Or am I at fault for putting my trust in a corrupted unorganized Mafia-Type organization designed to treat their customer any kind of way. UPS's system of communication between customer, driver, representative, and My choice is a big failure!! Unfortunately, we are limited in choices of delivery services. If only I could have posted without any stars!!!!

Package delivered to my home in Prattville, Alabama. After having packages delivered to this address for 22 years I have never had this happen. THE DRIVER LEFT MY BOX AND PACKAGE AT THE STREET NEXT TO THE CURB !!!! Instead of leaving it at my door like they usually do. Driver indicated in tracking info that he left it at the front door. NOT !!!!

Package was delivered to an address other than my own. Completely disappointed that the driver would not annotate that and do his own thing. When went to track the package I found out that it was a supervisor who lost my package. I am completely devastated .
