VERY VERY BAD STAFF, BETTER STAY AWAY.

SMALL GYM, IN SECURE , ANYONE CAN COME FROM ANYWHERE AND THEY CAN USE SWIMMING POOL, GYM... EVEN YOU CAN DO PRIVATE CONSULTING AND BRING YOUR CLIENT IN THIS APPARTMENT FOR USE ALL FASCILITY.. STINK LAKE , MAINTANCE STAFF IS GOOD BUT NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEE, SO IT WILL TAKE ABOUT TO WEEK TO 10 DAYS TO FIX YOUR PROBLAMS. PEST CONTROL ONE IN 6 MONTHS,, AND YOU NEED TO KEEP CALLING TO REMIND THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN... NO PLACE FOR KIDS TO PLAY.. OTHER THEN ONE SMALL STINK , INSECURE, DANGEROUS PLACE

Almost EVERY APARTMENT on taylor road has exceptional staff..when I went to The Reserve at Billingsley this was not the case. There was no room for any nice personality due to the ENORMOUS attitudes of the staff. The environment could have been so much more welcoming and inviting if they at least tried to hide their snudy attitude. I hated the fact that they were like this because it gives females a bad rap....
