I was happy with their design; however, they gave me the runaround for over 6 weeks as to when I could expect delivery, even though they charged my credit card the day I placed the order. They did not meet their own deadline for revisions. Their Customer Service Dept does not reply to e-mails... they tell you that you will receive it "by the end of the business day" when you call their office, but one business day turns into a week. I wish I had researched thelogoloft.com more thoroughly. They have many complaints filed against them with the BBB of Alabama and there are many, many disgruntled customers out there. Don't take my word for it - do a search for the logo loft and see what pops up!
