The location of this business has great potential. However, someone else needs to be in charge of the quality assurance / customer service and hiring. I have been a frequent customer of this location for years now, and the quality of service & food has not been consistent. It's a hit or miss. My lastest order being last Saturday afternoon, after a SteakOut break due to unsatisfactory quality of service during my last visit... complete disappointment! I did call back to let them know that I was not pleased. You cannot rely on the quality of service or food when Christie ( manager) isn't working! #FACT STOP HIRING JUST ANYONE & PUTTING JUST ANYONE ON THE GRILL!! Owners , revive your business!

HORRIBLE!!!!! Never have delivery drivers for Maxwell AFB it's listed as a restaurant that delivers to the base but THEY DO NOT!!! Don't waste your time food is not worth the money. I would give a negative 5 stars if I could.

Even though I don't like vegetables that much, their steamed vegetables are delicious and they give coupons for tea and vegetables and so forth. The steak is delicious but sometimes it is a little too salty but still very good food. The mash potatoes are also delicious.

Great Steak!!!!! Not many steak restaurants can deliver a well done steak that is tender and moist. Steak Out has mastered the task. The chicken is also a great menu choice. Like the well done steak, the chicken is also moist and has a great flavor. You have to try that pecan brittle too. THUMBS UP!

What good is a place that will only deliver within a 3 mile radius of their business. I called and was told I was to far and that they would not deliver unless the order was over $50.00. Delivery I thought meant delivery by the way my order would of be about 39.00 I guess the amount from the menu that was faxed to me. I was very upset and would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I eat at another one.
