An older man who I assume is one of the owners has no skills when it comes to customer service. He was very rude and cranky and got mad when we asked for a refund for items that we were supposed to receive over a month ago. We were told that they would be in the store in two weeks. It wasn't a special order, the bench and fountain that we wanted were just out of stock and they offered to get them for us if he paid half the money up front. We paid them with a credit card but never heard from them so we asked for a refund. The man didn't want to give us our money back. He finally gave us a refund and said "Now get outta here and don't come back". No problem. I'll never shop there again. I don't know how these people stay in business with such unreasonable attitudes. I guess they expected us to wait even if it took months for the items to get in but we couldn't do that because we needed to finish the work in our yard. We had already waited for six weeks.

AWFUL customer service. I called them to see if they carried Mimosa Trees because my mother wants one and I was looking for Mother's Day. The gentleman that answered the phone laughed at me, and I had to ask if I was pronouncing it right. He said I was, and when I asked if he knew where I could find one, he said it was an unwanted shrub. I thought that was very unprofessional and I will never get my business again.
