Provided by YPmobileCalled yesterday and arranged for my old clunker to be picked up today. They gave me the basic "it will be between 8-5 tomorrow" and they would be nice enough to call before they headed my way. Needless to say, no one showed up. Customer service was absolutely useless. Glad I spent the entire day hanging around the house instead of working because I apparently have nothing better to do. Quite obvious why these people work for junkyards. Oh, and good luck getting anyone in customer service who can speak English.
