The service has always been very friendly and my order is always correct. Never had a problem at all!

DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO STAY AWAY ...I knew it was a bad idea, but I needed delivery and didn't want pizza. The food was fast, which I thought was a plus, but as I dipped my fry in ketchup I noticed a knat FRIED ON TO THE FRY. When I called to tell them of my discovery, the cook was in the background screaming it's not burned, while the only english speaking employee tried to tell him the real issue. I am calling the health department to notify them of this. It happens yes, but to be met with such aggression is certainly uncalled for. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE THE CHANCE AND EAT FROM THIS PLACE AND ADIVSE EVEN MY WORST ENEMY TO DO THE SAME.

Ive had bad experiences with new china also. the plus for me is they do deliver, which is convenient sometimes. The drivers do ask for tips which i think is awfully rude, but I wasnt sure if they knew that or not. What turned me off more was when I went in for lunch. The buffet is awful and they dont replinish anything. The only time I would recommend New China is if you need something delivered. At least you know its hot and fresh. The restaurant looks dumpy inside like it can use a thorough scrubbing. Maybe they should only offer a window svc so we cant see all the grime. I give it 2 stars. One for being the lowest rating, but another for free delivery (if you dont include the begging drivers)

I have had years of Chinese food and never in all my life have I experienced such a bad quality of service. I placed an order for delivery and to my dismay the driver actually asked for a tip more than once. Once I gave him one he looked at me as though he diserved more than $5.00. My dumplings were raw and when I called to complain I was told they are like that this time of the season and when I told her otherwise she said they receive the meat that way and I told her that's the problem, "You didn't cook any of it, you simply dunked in water and put in the plater for delivery." I took the dumplings back and they returned my money. I stopped for a soda due to stomach upsets and told the gas attendant about my experience and found that she received bad service as well. Then customers in the store(more than 5) voiced similar complaints. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE, THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE FOOD IS RAW!
