waited over one&half hours and never saw the doctor. He has very poor scheduling practice. I was waiting with my 3 year old and 9 month old. I had the leave to get my other daughter from school. I was told it would take over a month to get another appointment. WHAT! My OB GYN if can't make an appointment rescedules me for the next day. This man doesn't do emergency surgery or deliver babies. He gets alot of business from Tricare since this is a military town. His office is ONLY office in Montgomery that takes Tricare. I will drive to Birmingham then go in this office again. VERY, VERY Poor customer service and scheduling practices. They should be ashamed.
