Pros: It doesn't take too long to get box braids installed. It took me 5 hours and I have a big head lol. The setup is decent. They have a nice TV.



Cons: I've only had my box braids installed for a couple weeks and they look like I've had them installed for a couple months. Seven braids have already slipped out and the ends look really raggedy. The hair they use seems to be low quality.



When I lived in Illinois, I've had micro braids, box braids, and Senegalese twists done, all while having short natural hair and have never had this issue before. The hair remained smooth and intact and I was able to keep them in for two months before taking them out. I might have to take these out sooner though :(

I went to get a full sew in. My hair was so mess up everyone thought I had a wig on. I paid $95 to get this done. I will never go back to them. I had to pay someone else to fix it. I advise nobody to go to them to get sew in.
