Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service. I ordered birthday flowers for a relative and the did not arrive when they told me they would. When I called to find out more information the woman who answered was incredibly rude. Don't use this florist!

Provided by YP.comI had an account for over 25 years and because I had not used it in 2 years, I was not allowed to charge an arrangement for a dear friend's funeral. I live over 300 miles away and cannot make the funeral. I was never told of this asinine policy. I guess you have to hope someone you love dies every year in order to keep the account.
