I am appalled at the service I received. I met with the baker 2 weeks before my child's birthday party...even though I was on time for the appointment, I still had to wait 30 minutes to meet with her. I explained to her exactly what I wanted, even emailed her a party plate so she could see what colors and designs I wanted. I paid my half deposit on my $99.00 cake and went on my way. Well, I went to pick the cake up this past Saturday, and they had misplaced my order...and no cake had been made. I guess I was lucky I went 3 hours before the party...they had time to throw something together...That I could have done myself...or could have gotten much cheaper. Certainly not worth $75.00. If I wanted poor quality, I could have gone to Wal-Mart...probably could have gotten something nicer. And sure, they were nice enough to deliver it to the party LATE...but the man dropping the cake off was very rude. I think I have a right to be upset. What if I would have picked it up on the way to the party...what would they have done then??? They almost ruined my baby's party! I wish I could have given half a star...BEWARE.
