After I received a bill from Holloway Credit Solutions...I paid that bill...

I am currently trying to close on a mortgage for a new home and need to get a copy of the paid bill!! My mortgage company and myself have called repeatedly with absolutely no results...I was told by the staff there if I would fax them a signed letter from my mortgage company that they would fax my mortgage company a copy of where I paid that debt...my mortgage company sent Holloway that requested paperwork on Feb 1st, 2008...it is now Feb 6th, 2008 and we still have not received the paperwork they promised to send...me and the mortgage company have called several times to find out what is taking so long, and I feel like we are just getting the run around!! I mean really this is a Credit Company you would think they could fax anything antime of the day, but they say they only fax things at certain times of the day!!! That is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard of!! If I were a business thinking about using Holloway Credit Solutions I would think again about that!!

They are in my opinion a very poor example of any kind of a Credit Solution....it would seem they are my problem not my solution!!
