I love this place! I'm a regular customer -- every 2 weeks for horse feed -- and hay. Their prices are competitive. They are ALWAYS very helpful and friendly--everyone from the guys at the front desk and the office to the folks who load my truck. Actually, I just thought about this...I drive across town to Farmers Feed when there is a feed store a lot closer to me. I never think about going elsewhere! Kat

I absolutely love this place! They have everything! I buy all of my dog's supplies here and they always put the stuff in my car for me. I like doing business with people who make you feel like they've always known you and this is exactly what I get every time I go there. The place is like a huge modern day general store.

Recently, I went to this business to purchase a special product. I gave the worker at the business a $20.00 bill to purchase a $8.00 product. The worker quickly took my money and put it in the cash register and walked away to assist other customers. The worker did not give me a receipt nor my change. When he returned to me I asked about the change and he responded that I did not pay for the merchandise. We argued and finally the manager came to hear about the incident. He wanted me to look at a camera that would show that I did or did not pay for the merchandise. The camera proved that I did pay.I was so humiliated and angry about the situation. There was no apology from the worker or the manager. I would rate this business a "0". This business has very poor customer service. I really don't think the manager of the store cared about what had happened and did not reprimand this employee. I wonder has any other customers at this business have been treated like this?

Remember the old time store in the movies where the owners know you and treat you like family? This is that kind of store. They know their products as well as their customers - if you have a question, they can help you. If you need something special they can get it. Bottom line one of the best stores I have ever dealt with. T King
