Do not go to this place ever. The staff is not trained and the service is horrible. This place ruined a shawl by not opening the shawl prior to putting on the monogram. The big red flag should have been when I asked if they could embroider something in French and the clerk answered, "Our machines can't do that." I went to Tang's Alterations to get it repaired. Guess what! They monogram too and for much less. As the other reviews say.....avoid this overpriced badly run business. Yuck! BTW: The five star review was written by a store employee. The very same woman who told me the machines could not embroider in French. Such a dishonest business practice. Just shameful!

Perhaps you would get better reviews if you were responsive to your customers rather than deleting their posts and ignoring them. Maybe if you stood by your work you wouldn't have to post your own 5 star review on yellowpages.com

This business provides the worst monogramming. Do not waste your money. On top of crappy services, they have crappy employees and and an even crappier owner. You don't just take people's money and treat them like dirt. Please take your business somewhere else.

Horrible Customer Service

I would never go here again, ever! I visited this place the employees were so rude, they didn't greet me at anytime, they just looked and chatted with each other while behind the counter. I browsed while waiting for assistance... I was the only one in the entire store. Finally I walked out! BAD BUSINESS!

If they mess something up, don't expect them to make it right. Or ever talk to a manager.
