But Overall the gentleman and The owner got me STRAIGHT....

Went there and fixed our washer in 20 minutes. He could have easily said "Need you to come back this could take a long time..." (charging whatever he wanted really) but instead, told us honestly how easy of a fix it was. Repaired it while we stood there. After he fixed our washer, he only charged for the estimation fee. You can tell he has been doing this for years--knew the problem just by our description of what was happening. Happy customer. Prompt service.

Had a very hard time finding an appliance repair service for my washing machine. Ed actually answered the phone and was able to come by the next day! He was professional and got the job done fast and right!
