I have never had to call for A/C repair service before so I didn't know what to expect. I have to say I was very impressed. I called this morning and spoke with a gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. I was told someone could be at my home after lunch. --I received a call around 1pm when a rep was on his way and he was there within 15 minutes. He was very professional and courteous.--Labor rates were very reasonable in my opinion - (again, I've never had to deal with this before - but they seemed reasonable to me) and the rep had my a/c up and running in just over an hour (including diagnostics.) He stayed around for a while just to be sure it was working correctly and there were no additional issues.--I highly recommend this company and their professional staff. It's hard to find a company these days that does exactly what they say they will do and do it when they say they will. Please give them a try. I hope you have the same experience I did.-- THANK YOU!
