Really like the local feel of this place. Always friendly and very professional. They know their stuff. Lucky to have ARTS in Montgomery. Much better than some music chain.

Terrible customer service, untrustworthy,unfaithful, will terrorize you as long as you rent to own an instrument, this company has over charged us way over what the product was worth, they will not work with you, absolutely disrespectful towards there customers, they deserve a complete business fail, do not do business with any one of these companies owned and operated by arts music company, this company is a scam to get much personal information, they turn there words around, do business elsewhere with a good company, this company is dishonest and deals in a lot of fraudulent claims, please beware

Do not use. They didn't do what they told me they would, then kept putting me off. My children play multiple instruments. I will go elsewhere from now on.

GREAT selection!! Worth the trip. I have not found another store with a better selction. Prices seem to be in line with the mass retailers. Sales guy was very helpful. WOW!
