Founded in 1903, the Aldersgate United Methodist Church conducts traditional as well as contemporary services. Based in Montgomery, Ala., it practices open communion, received by Intinction during contemporary service and at the altar rail during traditional service. The church conducts service with children's and adult choirs, music ensembles, drama teams and joyful bells. It also manages Sunday School and has various ministries for adults, the youth, men, women and children as well as for music and missions. Additionally, the Aldersgate United Methodist Church organizes Chinese/Korean Christian fellowship programs and classes for those with English as a second language.
